Q:  What is compression clothing?

A:  Compression clothing is clothing made with spandex threading included in the manufacturing process.  Although compression clothing serves many purposes, its best known accolade is its use in athletics and fitness.  However, it is also very useful and beneficial for seniors' health as well.  Take a look in our Blog for more information on the benefits of compression for the body.

Q:  What is the return policy?

A:  The return policy is generally 30 days.  We also offer a money-back guarantee on all of our products as long as they have not been worn or damaged.  You will find more documentation regarding returns in the Return Policy section.

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?

A:  At this time, we accept payment via credit card-Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Q:  There is a problem with my order.  What do I do??

A:  Please contact us at info@8thgearstore.com and we will work with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.  Your satisfaction is OUR GOAL.

Q:  How secure is my personal information?

A:  8th Gear Compression Clothing adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.  

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.  

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Q:  How do I track the status of my order?

A:  You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.  

After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items within 36 hours of the order placement.

Q:  How long does delivery take?

A:  Our warehouse operates very efficiently to service our customers.  Our normal shipping process allows you to receive your order between 7 and 10 business days.  However, due to the extremely high demand of our accessory items delivery is between 14 and 21 business days.  For countries outside of North America, please allow up to 4 weeks.
